Versacamm 300V

I had to switch computers on my Versacamm, now it doesnt find the printer. Roland tech said uninstall printer and initialize vworks. Now a printer settings box appears when opening vworks, says a DLL is running must close. Cant find any such thing...any ideas? thanks

You must manually key in the IP address for the printer.

I used to have a 300v... it's not ethernet right - mine was usb only. so maybe you didn't uninstall it correctly and there's some conflict going on.

Yes USB... installed over and still nada

Did you install the USB Driver? That is the first thing the tech did before installing Versaworks when my SP-300V was first set up.

If me, I would completely uninstall the drivers, printers, versaworks... everything (correctly through control panel add/remove programs).

Then, install VW and the print driver - BEFORE you plug your machine. If you plug in the machine before installing software/drivers, you run into problems (this is true for all usb devices).
