Versacamm not cutting corners...

I experienced something I never have before with my 540v.
I was contour cutting after laminating and when I went to weed the design it seemed like none of the corners cut the whole way, almost like it skipped just a small spot to finish the angle.
I thought my pressure was fine, would a new blade really change anything.
I did go back and look at my design in corel, definitley OK there.
Any advice? I will try bumping the pressure up even more.

If you are creating and processing jobs the same way you always have, and this is cropping up for the first time, I'd recommend a blade and a cutter protection strip. Many problems can be traced to these two items, and the cutter protection strip in particular is an oft-ignored part that is inexpensive and easy to change. Your local dealer should have both, or they are available here:

Blade off set

Look at blade offset in the owners manual, if you are not completing the countou this could something to with it
