Versacamm not finishing cuts...help needed!

Verscamm vp540i not complete cutting. Whenever I add something in flexi and add contour cut to it the program shows a solid non stop cutting line. When I import to versaworks and click properties to zoom in you will see a blank spot where it doesn't finish the cut line and then continues after a small break in it. Some cuts have 1 location some have a few. Please any help is greatful as right now we can't print and cut anything.

After some workarounds I can now get only pdfs to contour cut correctly. I usually use EPS files which are smaller and faster to open is there a reason for this? Again as usual any help is appreciated. I have zero issues importing EPS ever with any other program

Check the eps margin setting in Versaworks - you might find VW is just clipping the path if it's set to zero?

This parameter is located in the Queue Settings dialog for the A or B queue. Set it to a small value (I recommend .02 in).

Just figured out it was the EPS margin. I guess since I had to re-initialize the program I had to go back in and reset it. Thanks a ton for the help now I can attempt to salvage the day and make a little money
