Your yellow may have been sucked up into the red channel. Print a big patch of just pure magenta until it comes out magenta (a very bright pinky red).

I have the same issue, In Versaworks there is color curve on the job under color adjustment. Pull the Yellow to -5 and print again. Also check your settings in your software on the export or save. Make sure the color profiles and settings are correct. Roland has several good videos on color management and what to do with colors that are 'off'.

What software are you using for your artwork?
