Need Help VersaExpress RF 640 not printing

The VersaExpress is not printing at all i.e. test print is blank. We were having some problems with ink leaks from the head when printing and changed the damper but unfortunately now it is not firing at all. Please help.

My best guess would be that ink got somewhere that it shouldn't have and at the very least, you blew a fuse on the main board. At the worst, you could have fried the print head itself, which then blew the fuse on the main board.
