I have had the same issue happen from time to time. I have noticed that the more jobs you have in your queue the more frequently it happens. Try deleting most of your jobs in your queue when you are finished with them. If you queues aren't full of much then I am not sure what may be causing it.

I haven't had a problem since disabling input for queue B, try it and let me know if it resolves it for you.
