Versaworks Canvas Profile

Anybody know a different way to obtain Roland canvas profiles for Versaworks? I've had no luck with the online portal. Also wondering what others have the feed calibration set at? Any help appreciated.

We used to use MAC7 and now use MCVP. Feed calibration depends on what your using and the weight of it. We use monet and it is at plus .25.
