Versaworks-Corrupt File?

I am trying to send a file created in Illustrator cs3, saved as a PDF to versaworks to print, and it keeps telling me it is corrupt. ANYADVICE?

If this has always worked before, I'd say shut down VersaWorks. Then shut down the Roland. Primary power down for a full minute. Then power up primary, wait until lights stop blinking, then secondary power.

That's worked for me before.
