Versaworks defaults to black

Discussion in 'Roland' started by Stagecraft, Jul 6, 2012.

  1. Trying to re-print a job from Corel X5 that I successfully printed last week but now all the deep reds are defaulting to black when brought into Versaworks.
First time I've seen this...any ideas? - Boyd
  2. Yes Pat, the colours were pulled from the Roland colour pallette in Corel. The workaround was to convert the image to a .jpg and save it to a jump drive and add it directly to the Job Queue in Versaworks as opposed to sending it as a print file from Corel.

your print setting from Corel may be the culprit on that one.
  4. Thanks Steve but going by memory there wasn't anything unusual in the settings. As a matter of fact there were several other pieces on the page within Corel that I was able to print just fine...I'm stumped.
