Need Help Versaworks error message

I downloaded a profile from Orafol for 3640-G and each time I try to download from my desktop into Versaworks I receive this message,

This media file includes a profile that cannot be used with the ink type of the current printer setting.

I am using Eco-Sol MAX inks.

Versaworks is set to Eco-Sol Max inks

What am I not doing right here?

I ran into the same problem with a profile once also and was never able to figure it out. Ended up using a generic profile.
Maybe someone can shed some light on this.

What is the ink configuration of your machine? What ink configuration is the profile intended for ? Only time i've gotten this message is trying to use a CMYK profile on a CMYKLcLmLk printer

Problem solved. This weekend I was changing a few things and somehow the ink type setting went back the original setting.

I went into Service Mode and simply changed it back to the right settings.
