Versaworks help!!!

Ok i have been in the sign business for about 2 years installing mainly, i have branched out and im learning the printing side of this business. I am new to all of this but i bought a used VersaCamm sp-540v. I use Illustrator 10 for most of my work and i have noticed when i upload my file to versaworks that it rescales my images to a smaller scale. Is there a setting im missing or is it something different that i need to do to fix it. Any help would be grateful thanks!!!!

Make sure your measuring unit in Illustrator is set for "inches" not "centimeters",
Also in Versawroks, go to edit>>preferences>> General tab and change the unit to "inches"
