versaworks (how do you go from this to this0

when i open pdf or tif or jpeg or bmp a imagein versa it comes in dark and print dark anyone have this problem?
the first file is image of bmp or pdf all look the same and the second one is when opened in versa...and it prints that dark...

Hi ..

A few ideas ..
- Is your monitor well calibrated ?
- Are you using the monitor profiling in versaworks ? (it's in the préférence menu)
- Are you using the right ICC profile to print you photo out ?
- Are you printing out a RGB ou CMYK picture ?

On which Roland are you printing ?
Do you use Roland ink or generic inks ?
