Versaworks Media Lost

Some how on my Versaworks I lost all my "media Types". Before I had a lot of media types to select from, now, very few, just the generic ones that came on Versaworks. I checked the update and it says i am fully updated but where oh where has all my media gone? Any ideas?

What do you get when you go to Media Explorer? Are they (the ones you've downloaded) all there. With the little "eyeball" on the ones you want to show up in your Q settings?

When you double-click on the A folder icon, and then on Quality, does it not show all your selected medias? Or could it be you've inadvertently gotten into the B folder icon and you'd never put any media files in that folder?

Just guessing here.
