Versaworks Not Recognising Cut Contour

Hi there i know this topic has been discussed before, but i've searched all over and none of the given solutions are working for me. So basically i'm saving files as .eps and then adding to versaworks, but i'm getting no marching ants. Using x6 and latest VW. Spot colours definitely not converting to CMYK, using preloaded VW colour library with spot colour 100% cut contour. No transparencies in image, I've tried just loading up a cut contour on its own in the document, so i'm stumped. Even previous files that work on the other PC with slightly older VW and x5 aren't being recognised with cut contour on new VW and x6 on the PC in question. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is there a place to change the name of the "cut color"? Possibly it defaulted back to some other name than CutContour?
