Versaworks Problem

Can anyone tell me how I can change the ink type setting in Versaworks under Printer Settings? The profiles I have downloaded are for Eco-Sol Max ink (which is what I use) and when I try to set up a new printer and verify the machine, it chooses regular Eco-Sol ink and won't let me change it to what it needs to be. My profiles say that they are incompatible with the ink set type but I can't change it.:banghead::banghead::banghead:

Versaworks reads the ink type direct from the printer, you can go in to the service menu and select ink type, what printer and what does it display on the LCD screen when starting up

It says Eco Sol 4 color. Funny you bring that up, it used to say Eco Sol Max. I wonder if the tech I had here a few months ago changed something in the machine. He didn't seem too confident trying to fix the cutting errors and encoder strip. I definitely use the max ink. I tried to get in the service menu but it said it was protected. Machine is SP-300V.
