Need Help VersaWorks problem

I have a SP-300V and I use CorelDraw X-8 and all my images are in vectors.

I have double checked my images to make sure the cut contour magenta color is only around the outside of the image but it appears that VersaWorks is seeing a hairline red outline around the fonts and everything else in the image.

Any idea what the problem might be?

its hard to see in your images, but i can tell you your black print head is a mess. needs a lot of clean up work. also your printhead alignment might be off a bit. this could be causing your main issue
i would sit down and give your machine some serious maintenance time. clean adjust and clean everything. start to finish

Bias is way off, alignment is fudged, nothing to do with Versaworks.

You can tell just by looking at the nozzle check that your alignments are way off. You need to go through every single alignment and in the proper order. That will fix the issue.

Thanks for the great advice.

I just completed a Bias Adjustment, Vertical Adjustment, Horizontal Adjustment and a Bi direction Adjustment and now the printer is once again printing perfect decals.
