Version 5.3.2 Versaworks Flaky open Box

Anyone get the latest update for Versaworks and find it will no longer open files. In fact when reset or restarted the update screen no longer even shows and as soon as you go to add a new file to a que if freezes with the open screen not responding. Aside from deleting the whole program is there a way to get it to start opening files to the que again. Help!! Any one else experiencing this. I get a message FileDialogServer Module not responding

Similar problem here, was working fine until last update was installed. Now the software shuts down after I add a file to the que. I restart I can set the print parameters, when I close that the software shuts down again. I reopen and print the file. Running on a Windows 7 Ultimate system with 4gb ram. I can't find a version 5.3.1 or earlier version I can reinstall. I guess I can go back to the original 4.0 I got with the printer and start from there. I'll be following this to see if you find a solution.

We had the same problem, uninstalled the program and then reinstalled from the disk and it works fine..

We've been running 5.3.2 with XP for a while, and everything seems ok for us.
