Vertical Lines on prints S40

I am having issues with vertical lines showing up on my prints all the sudden. Epson S40. 3 years old.

Is there any print on that vinyl? I'd be inclined to say bad media first up.

Brand new roll. Printing straight gray on it.

Brand new roll doesn't mean anything.... Can still be bad one.

My guess is that the media is rubbing up against something.

Check the vacuum settings and increase enough to pull it down to the platten, and run a small test print.

Assuming that you tried another media and another file with same results; ruling out media or file / software issues... How about the pinch rollers are they clean ?
