Very Slick Image Viewer

I came across an image viewer for both online and local image viewing that some may want to install. it works with Firefox and other browsers as a plugin and allows you to tap into Google and Yahoo images searches plus browse your own computer with startling clarity and ease of use.

Pretty neat Fred,
Looks kind of like Isign's new gallery widget.

Did you look at the user's agreement if you use it to post up content?

I don't like this part much:

By posting any User Content using the Cooliris Software, you expressly grant, and you represent and warrant that you have a right to grant, to Cooliris a royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative works of all such User Content and your name, voice, and/or likeness as contained in your User Content, in whole or in part, and in any form, media or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed for use in connection with the Cooliris Software.

Some of the layouts I have seen posted in this forum might violate this section:

YOU AGREE NOT TO POST USER CONTENT THAT:

(i) may create a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to you, to any other person, or to any animal;

A quick look at their privacy policy makes me think I may pass on this one.

Must admit that I did not read their privacy policy. My interest was not with using it as anything but a browser assist for myself ... particularly for browsing images on my own computer and for previewing images found by Google. I came across it because the Filter Forge website is now using it to display their gallery.
