VG540 print head 2 stopped printing

Hey there. Have a VG540 and print head 2 yellow and black stopped printing along with the 2 ink pumps. They have stopped pumping as well. Anyone run into this issue.
The machine isn’t giving me any codes at start up or or anything. I Do a cleaning and all ink pumps run expect for the black and yellow ones for head 2. Does the machine disable them for some reason or disable the head.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How old are your cap tops and is there any damage to the head, could be a sealing issue.

they are a couple years old. seem okay though. even if it was a sealing issue the to ink pumps under the cartridges would still be pumping?
or does it detect a leak and shut them down?

For the VG-540, you should be replacing at maximum every year, those are way too old, so I'd start with replacing them.

If the cleaning pumps have never been replaced, they are highly likely over their 200000 cycles...
