Hey guys,

Picked a used printer with heads all 4 replaced 3 months ago. Pinter is just 3 years old and lightly used. Though I traveled 1400 kms to haul it and was no off power for 24 hrs. Cleaned it manually same thing.

Whats going on?

Please help.

Printing, Printing, Printing......
Looks like the cyan head is clogged, try doing a powerful cleaning, Makes me wonder what their cleaning schedule was, my flatbed that gets used daily has only had two heads replaced in 4 years.

Have you tried pulling ink from the captop tube? Also post what the nozzle check looks like via test print at the printer panel, not test print from Versaworks. Even with the low miles and time traveling, the ink would migrate away from the head, so not outside the norm to have to perform multiple cleanings. Wouldn't hurt to fill the captop with cleaning solution either.
