I am new to Signs 101. I am looking forward to learning from members and hopefully I can help members by sharing my experience. I have been in the sign business since 2004 when i purchased an existing Signarama franchise in Greensboro NC. My team and I built that business to become the largest Signarama out of over 900 locations worldwide. We did it by focusing on superior customer service and developing relationships with customers who appreciated our work and gave us repeat business. In 2010 my family and I acquired Graphic Components which is a Wholesale-only fabricator of ADA and Interior signage. We operated this business completely separately from our Signarama business and invested in equipment to expand the company's quality capabilities. We also focused on and hired team members who are committed to Superior Customer Service. Since 2010 the company has experienced tremendous growth and is now 6 times larger than it was when we acquired the company.
In 2013 I sold my Signarama business and focused full time on Graphic Components.
