Vinyl Express 125 blade drag

Hey there guys... first time i have had this problem...It seems likle the blade is not picking up far enough off the material as it goes between the cuts and leaves a small scratch... it is not the blade depth as i have not changed the blade or settings and just started having this problem .. anyone else have an problem like this?... thank You!

thanks for the thought... FYI i fixed it!... it was the little encoder strip... I took it out , fliped it over and screwed it back in... works great now..........thanks all
