I have had problems with Lxi 10 locking up on startup and requiring me to reinstall it, losing all of my patterns, colors, etc. Is there a way anyone has upgraded to 12 and is this something that I can do to avoid having to uninstall and re-install? This has happened 5-6 times now and I'm very frustrated!
Also I have been having problems where I can export a file as a PDF and it will open fine, but once opened in Illustrator I get an error saying it cant open up. It seems sporatic at best. And if I Control+Alt+Delete and close out the program and re-open it, it will export a couple files OK and then do it again.
