Hi:
Trying to contour cut some vinyl. It was mis registering so I went to SW "Correcting Contour Cut Probs..." then "Adjusting the Registration Mark Sensor Sensitivity" articles and followed the directions. BUT That's as far as I went with the articles and directions.
Tried to cut & I get a "Off Scale" message then a series of numbers cut into the media vertically.
I reset to default and still the same thing... I've googled the error message with no results... HELP ?
It appears that the Q54 is not recognizing the reg marks.
