Most any exterior air release removable cast wrap vinyl will work on interiors. Just keep in mind that just like exterior wraps, all have a limit to where they are easy to remove, usually 3-4-ish years, varies by brand, the longer they're on beyond the brand recommends, the harder they are to remove. If they're on longer than recommended, it usually just requires more heat to remove, and a leaves more adhesive behind to clean up. If you're going with printable, just go with what you know, trust, and use regularly as far as brand/ series. If you're doing something like carbon, mirrored, or solid colors you can use the same cast removable wrap vinyl you'd use on exteriors.
There are ultra removable vinyls, but those are usually for short term applications, and car interiors undergo massive temperature variations between parked in the sun, and blasting the AC, conditions which they don't hold up well in.
There are also architectural films, woodgrains, faux leather, etc, but they're rather permanent, not as conformable, so application is harder. They can be removed with heat too, but not easily.
