Vinyl? For Football Helmets

Looking for a thick vinyl for football helmets. It is for a local AAA football team. No printing required, the logo is just a white "T". What would you recommend for a material?

we did some helmet designs for a college here and used these guys. the decals are real thick under a "puffy" laminate but they worked great

moto mark by general formulations, heavy duty adhesive, very thick vinyl.

Convex, Substance, Arlon DPF8000 for the base & Convex or Substance for the overlam.

Convex High Bond or Gear Wrap. If curves are a bit too extreme, you may want to use a very conformable digital product (even though unprinted) such as 3M IJ380cv3
