Vinyl for Outdoor asphalt parking lots

I am looking for a product that can be used to put the hadicapped logo on the asphalt floor in parking garages. It is only white, so no printing necessary, but they are looking for longterm permanent product. The product I have seen has a textured finish...not sure if it is on the vinyl or on a laminate. If anyone has any ideas or has used this, please let me kno...Thanks

3M 8524, nothing will be as good as paint, except the ground in striping they do now.
