Vinyl for permanent wall installation

Received a request from a client wanting their logo on the walls of their offices. They want it thin and permanent. I was thinking either high performance cast if I can get close enough to corporate colors, or print, lam, cut using cast with cast lam. The wall has a "soft" touch to it is all the info I have.
Told them if it's fresh paint they're SOL for now. Also told them some products will ruin the surface upon removal.
Can't do a site survey since they are East coast.
Any input is welcome.

What kind of paint is on their "soft" wall, and wth is a "soft" wall? Is it wallpaper, is it fabric? Thin and permanent may end up being cut out metal.

Yeah, I would at least have someone snap a photo with their cell phone and email/text it to you. "Soft" sounds like a fabric wall paper or even a fabric-over-frame wall.

Designer e-mailed back and said it is a "soft texture, nothing too aggressive".

I would be concerned using Phototex in a full bleed app considering the stroke width of the lettering.
Designer said he is trying to get them to slow down, take a breath and let me get some samples together.

Yup. Contour cut. I would just print 2 large rectangles of their colors and contour cut the letters and circular logo. Not much for stroke width either

Suede finish paint has a soft feel. Hard to get anything to stick to it, even phototex. Finally had to use some spray adhesive, but it was just a graphic, not a mural.

Thanks for the input guys. Looks like the warden gave a reprieve and I can send samples out to be tested. Going to try cut vinyl in 2 and 4 mil, printed/lam'ed vinyl and WallNoodle.
