vinyl for spare tire cover?

We have a customer that we wholesale to who needs a printed 16" diameter circle decal to be applied to a spare tire cover like the ones for Jeeps. I believe the cover is made from vinyl. We normaly use oracal 3751RA for vehicles but we are looking for something that will stick and last atleast 3 years. What would you suggest?

I used oracal 651 and avery reflective red on this and its still holding up after about a year so far

I did some on my 76 Bronco from 3M and it held up for 2-3 years then curled up. best way is to paint it on or screen it, but....

Do you have a heat press?

no heat press ... and its full color, its coming from a screen printing shop we work with

I try and talk people into upgrading their tire cover to a metal version and tell them everything, including the cover will last longer and look better.
