Vinyl Identification

Hey guys. I have a client that has a truck lettered with a black reflective vinyl that changes colors as you view it from different angles. It changes from a solid black to a bright silver reflective color. Has anyone ever seen any vinyl like this before and if so what is it called?

Really any black reflective. Black reflective reflects as silver/white.

sounds like it's maybe reflective and not retroreflective...if it's black and changes to reflecting silver at different angles.

Its just reflective black. All reflective black turns silver with light on it.

My black reflects as bronze. I don't know the brand.
