Question Vinyl material buckling

When cutting as the material comes out of the front it starts to buckel when it goes into the cloth basket....get creases in it...have to babysit the entire run as it cuts and goes back and forth.
It seems to be tracking fairly straight when we put it it....does it on sheet runs and roll runs

We have the same problems. Not related to just the cutter. Depends on the material as well....one hint is to run it over the outer front edge of the basket to allow it to flatten and tension some. Makes it a support in a way to keep the material running flatter. It'll hit the floor a bit but it is what it is. Its a trial and error sort of thing.
