Vinyl Material Recycleable?

We have 2 trash bins next to our weeding/masking table. One is for the vinyl liner and excess paper masking tape and the other is for trash.

We empty the liner material into our paper recycling tub at the end of the week.

My question is (which never occurred to me till now) Can I recycle the actual vinyl material? Oracal 651? & Metalized film like Brushed Silver? & Orajet 3165?

How about 210 Laminate?
