Vinyl on black aluminum

I have an order for a 20'x4' black aluminum sign (outdoor) with gold 3m high performance metallic vinyl. Will this work? Will the sign get too hot in the heat? I'm worried that the vinyl won't stick as well on the black aluminu,. Thanks

Should stick fine, nothing to worry about. I'd use black dibond or polymetal, its a bit thicker than aluminum. I've used quite a bit over the years.

Yep, vinyl will stick fine. I would suggest you take K.A.S. advice and use dibond, alupanel, polymetal, etc. instead of using sheet aluminum. Aluminum sheet, especially at that size and color will warp or "oil can" from flux in temperature.
