Vinyl re-rolling machine

I'm looking for a small (30") vinyl re-rolling machine. I need to be able to break large rolls down with the ability to keep track of how much I have rolled off. Does that make sense? Maybe I'm calling it the wrong thing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You could maybe go to the hardware store and buy one of those rolling tape measures, and affix it to the roller, it would tell you how many feet, give or take you have spun. *shrug*

This is a consideration. I've thought about just building a machine but I don't really have the time. If I can find one, and I know someone makes them, it would be easier and quicker.

One of my suppliers made one with PVC pipe. He has a electric motor on one and
a wheel measure on the other. It goes fast.
