Vinyl strands

Why is it when I cut small lettering (under 1") I get little strands of vinyl around the letters? I have adjusted the cutting pressure and speed but still seem to have this problem. I use a Summa D60 plotter and don"t seem to have this problem with anything else.

Yes, it does.

Then you have multiple objects on top of each other...

ungroup or break apart and delete unneeded objects.

It may be possible that the outline option is enabled in design central on Flexi- pro. I'll check it out. Thanks for the info Shovelhead.
