Question vj 1204 COLOR ISSUE

I've had my printer a year, one day all new files my Black is now Burgundy,
all my old files will print true black. Is this an icc profile problem, or do i need
to re-install software?????? THANK YOU BRIAN

What RIP are you using and how do you save your files and what does the nozzle check look like.

SAVE FILES TO DESK TOP THEN PUT ON FLASH DRIVE

Then it must be the way your are saving your files for printing.
