VJ-1204 Color Overlap

I Recently replaced my print head for my VJ-1204 along with new head cables About a week now. It was working great, printing perfect, until this morning when i tried to print something and the Magenta & Yellow kept coming off where it supposed to go on the artwork. Any ideas whats going on here? As i have no clue. Please Check the pic attached

So i clean the T fence and the encoder, reseated the cables on the main board and CR board, Powered up and it came alive
