Hi i recently developed a problem on my mutoh vj-1204. When i power up the machine it Boots, reads inks, read media then readys to print, now the problem im having is when i send a print the light comes on the release arm clips and then the machine freezes. with all the lights on and the display says printing, all the fans are on but the machine just freezes the carriage doesnt move, tried moving it with my hand but its stiff.Also it doesnt power off by the button i gotta pull the plug I tried running functions as inkcharge head clean, all with success. i tried the nozzle check and it freezes, this one is beating me any ideas?
