Can some one help me with myvj 1614. I was in the middle of printing all the sudden media finished and Error 074 occure. I turn of the printer and insert new media restart the printer and say yellow ink near end. I take out the cartridge and insert new chip card in my bulk ink cartridge and it say not orignal ink. I turn off the printer and restart all cartridges say KCMY not orignal. I take 1 by 1 and reinsert but k is not orignal. I insert and old chip card it read K near end. It means the chip reader is okay. Do I need to reset some thing in diagnostic mode. or permeters need to reset? please help.
