I use the machine regularly, almost daily.
MS is good condition, pumps well, no chokes and wiper glides smoothly.
Overall quite well maintained (ahem).
I don't initiate head cleaning regularly, sometimes up to few weeks.
But as I mentioned, I print regularly, and at every end of day, head check above 95%.
Sometimes even with solid 99% CMYK.
I noticed a pattern.
When I finally do a head clean (strong or economy) I will lose black (sometimes a lot of C or/and M as well).
K print check maybe 5~10% left !!
This seems to be the pattern and happens all the time.
ps : daily / weekly maintenance done properly, just that I do not do head clean using the menu regularly since I print almost daily.
Any vj1204 with the same "problem" ?

- 2~3 weeks (no head clean), but every end of day head check > 95%
- 4th weeks do head cleaning (before doing head cleaning head check as usual >95%) and straight away K ( <100%) and some major lost in M and C as well.
- After that I had do many strong cleans to get back all colors.
