vj1614 Banding problems

Hello having some issues here and tried lots of things.

We changed the printhead manifold, printhead cables, and the maintenance station.

Tried doing the Bi-D and Speed calibrations.

Nozzle check also shows that some arent shooting properly. 1 or 2 lines are either broken or missing in each color.

Any help will be appreciated.

Did you change inks too?
The printhead is an original one?
You have the same banding with the old head and the same colour?
First clean the wipper and then try to suck with syringe from capping station and make a long cleaning for now .
You have banding from the beging of print?

No we are still using the same inks.

We are using the original printhead.

And yes the banding starts from the beginning of the print to the end.

And yes we cleaned the wiper. We used the syringe and nothing.

Ill take a look at the dampers.

Could it be because they are a quarter full?
