VJ1617H Not printing anything

Hi, I attempted to deep clean my printer and now it no longer prints anything. I'm looking for advice on how to troubleshoot what the issue might be. Here are some details that may be important:

- I unscrewed and lifted the printhead, flipping it upside down to clean around the edges/sides of the head.
- I did NOT disconnect any ink lines
- After cleaning I turned it back on and during the initialization I believe the machine lost power/shut down. I wasn't standing by the machine just came back over and it was off. This makes me believe the issue is electrical.
- After turning the machine on a second time and running a nozzle check, it printed 2 solid magenta lines and nothing else. Repeating the nozzle check resulted in nothing printing and nothing has printed since.
- I have checked all fuses I can find and they seem fine
- I run cleanings or ink charge and see ink flowing into the waste

Any details on test points and voltages at the printhead I can check to see if the printhead it dead or if it's signals not getting to the printhead?

There is a thread about a 1614 not printing anything. Basically the main board is the same. Look up that thread and you can read about a blown head fuse and where it’s located.

Thanks! I read through that thread before posting (didn't want to hijack that thread with my questions, although close to the same topic). I checked the fuses already and all the fuses I could locate are functional. Any suggested next steps before I order a printhead? Hoping someone has info on the signal/power to the printhead or additional troubleshooting steps. I know my way around circuit boards but just don't have schematics to know what/where to test.

Had you tried soaking the printhead in a lint-free cloth that was doused in cleaning solution for a few hours? It may soften up anything that may have dried around or in the nozzles that appear clogged.

I attempted that a few times. The towel gets soaked with ink when soaking the head and I have seen ink droplets form on the nozzles when the machine is running the cleaning, but I never see any ink spray into the waste mat and nothing is printed on the media during prints or nozzle check.
