VJ1624 mark at 48"

    Hello, we have a VJ1624 that prints good, except right around the 48" mark on wide prints. It is fine anything under 48 inches. If you print 54 or 60" prints it has a very thin line at that mark all the way down the print. Almost like something was dragged across the print when it was still wet.

  2. Hard to say without seeing any pics. My 1st thought is dirty encoder (T-Fence), clean with rubbing alcohol only. Next would be long ribbon cables from the mainboard to the print carriage board.
