VJ1624, SpectroVue & ONYX 10....anyone creating profiles with this setup?

Hey all, I have the new printer, onyx software & spectrovue...and Im trying to create profiles, but keep running into issues.

Does anyone here have this same setup? And if so, could you walk me through your process? Im trying to create profiles through Media Manager, but every time the spectrovue reads the swatch I get an error that it did not read it properly and deletes the data (this is in the "ink restrictions" dialog).

BUT, it did read the swatch, I see the colors and values....its driving me crazy! I dropped $900 on a spectrovue, I need it to work for me!!!

Any help out there?

Well, a good 7 seconds into the phone call I already felt like a fool haha. Im printing a wrap at the moment, but tomorrow Im going to apply the common sense he gave me & Im going to follow up for some additional help through the process.
