Hey all, we have a potential job we are quoting on and we have printed small decals but never large quantites of vehicle graphics before. We have to quote on 120 vehicles. We will be using 3M 180 with 3M 8518 Gloss which costs us $2.63 per sqft printed. They will need to be contour cut as well. The entire job will require around 2,300 sqft of material. It will be done over the course of several months. We are thinking around $220 per set of graphics with the volume.
Is that high or low, it works out to be around $11/sqft. Also, we will be doing this on a CJV30-160, we are tossing around the idea of either buying or leasing a 54" plotter so we can print and cut without down time. Any recommendations for a plotter that works with Rasterlink?
