Crisp and clean on the "good stuff"; Roland and Oracal. But on the Gerber stuff it banded pretty bad. Is this to be expected?

may I ask why you are printing on Gerber vinyl???

That is a great question. Wife (owner) was thinking she wanted the customer to get the same thing - even though we wouldn't be using a Gerber Edge (a competitor we had to us in order to get the job) since we just purchased a VP-300. So, we'll try a profile for heat transfer material and hope for the best - and use Orajet next time.
