Recently had a print-head replaced on my VP-300 (cyan was misting like a mofo), but unfortunately it was done over the weekend when I was out, and someone neglected to check for print quality before the tech left. It now appears cyan is out of alignment, as are the cut lines (I have a feeling it's related), and none of the basic user calibration methods are working to correct it. Bi-directional test print all looks a-ok, and the Print/Cut adjustments are all accurate.
From some digging it looks like I have to adjust the horizontal alignment of cyan, but can only be done in service mode. Does anyone have a service manual with instruction on getting into service mode so I can fix this up?
Thanks!!! =)
