VP-540 and Static Cling Vinyl

Hello All,

Printing on Static Cling vinyl for the first time. Solvex brand bought from Fellers. Things seem to print fine the first test run, now it is like the vinyl sticks like it is getting to warm and bunches up instead of rolling through. I have lowered the heat setting, any ideas.????? Maybe a lower heat setting, if so how cool do I make it? Anyone printed this before or had this problem? I have printed on the vinyl before with no issues, but it was on a Mutoh. This by far a great printer and brand new for that fact, but this particular vinyl does not go through the machine well.

Thanks!!!

We use medium heat with our Vp540 just fine with static cling. could be an old roll of material, you may have to use your take up reel to keep pressure on it.
