VP 540- do they come with long media clamps?

My SP300 came with 2 sets of media clamps- one longer pair that could not
be used with the cutoff feature. My VP540 (I think) did not come with them-
maybe the 54" printers with the hi/lo head height doesn't use them? I am
printing some 36" perfed material that the head pulls up the edge of the
material- I am trying the high head setting to see if that helps. Gene

The VP and SP includes only the short set of media guides.

I have taped a businesscard to the platten with masking tape to act as a temporary media guide in conjunction with the metal guides to prevent the heads from hitting the edge of the printed material.

Might work for you too.

I just got my a couple months ago and it came with both. The manual says it includes both sets.
